1. How to order customized products?

You write to us by e-mail or through the order form on the site (see Contact) what exactly you want, possibly attach an image with what you want, tell us the dimensions, the material (or we propose the material), and we will communicate in the as soon as possible the price and the execution time. Later you confirm the final order, we issue the advance invoice and after confirming the payment we start processing the order.

2. What are the lead times for customized products?

When we transmit the price offer to you, depending on the complexity of the work and the chosen material, you are also communicated the production time for the respective work.

3. Can I visit you at your company's headquarters to see the products?

Yes, but only if you arrange in advance at least 48 hours an exact meeting (day, hour) with one of the operators of our company. You can see the products we have in stock.

4. Can I buy directly from your company headquarters?

The products are made only to order, within the established deadlines.

5. How do I get in possession of the ordered products?

When they are ready, the ordered products can be picked up from the headquarters of our company by the customer or we will bring them to your destination (depending on the order). The details about the transport are established according to the order, concretely, with each client.
